How we work

Assess. Plan. Measure. Repeat until you don’t need us.

Assess

A 60-minute first visit

Your history, a movement screen and specific tests. We measure range of motion in degrees, strength and a validated function score.

Plan

A written plan with a finish line

Your goal, the number of visits we expect, what we’ll do in each and what you’ll do at home. Usually 6 to 10 visits.

Measure

Progress you can see

We re-test the same numbers every third visit. If they’re not moving, we change the plan or refer you on.

Patients say

“They measured it, so I could see the change.”

“I could finally turn my head to check my blind spot after four visits. They measured it each time, so I could see the change, not just feel it.”

Questions before you book

Do I need a referral?

No. Florida lets you see a physical therapist or chiropractor directly. Some insurance plans want a referral for PT after 30 days; we’ll check yours.

Is it covered by insurance?

Physical therapy is covered by most major plans, including Medicare. Chiropractic visits are $85 self-pay or covered by some plans. We verify benefits before your first visit.

What should I wear?

Clothes you can move in: shorts or loose pants and a t-shirt or tank. For neck and shoulder issues, a tank top helps.

How many visits will I need?

Most people need 6 to 10 over 4 to 8 weeks. You’ll get an estimate at your first visit, and we’ll discharge you as soon as you hit your goals.
