Problems we help, in plain language.

Hip

Often looks like

Pain on the side of the hip, tight hip flexors, pain getting out of the car

How we usually treat it

Glute and hip strength, mobility work, walking and running analysis

Typical plan: 6–10 visits

Knee

Often looks like

Runner’s knee, pain on stairs, post-surgery rehab (ACL, meniscus)

How we usually treat it

Strength progressions, gait retraining, return-to-sport testing

Typical plan: 8–16 visits

For desk workers

Eight hours of sitting is a sport too.

We see more neck, upper-back and wrist pain from laptops than from football. Every plan for desk workers includes a workstation review, in the clinic or by video at your desk.

When to see a doctor first

Red flags we screen for

  • Back pain with fever, weight loss or a history of cancer
  • Numbness in the groin or trouble controlling bladder or bowel
  • Severe pain after a fall or car accident
  • Chest pain or pain that doesn’t change with movement

Any of these means emergency or physician care first. We’ll help you get there.
